The book of [[Exodus]], the second book in the bible tells a story of the Jewish people being delivered out of Egypt by God. It involves various miracles, one of which is the crossing of the red sea. It depicts how God split the red sea through Moses so that the Israelites can cross it and escape.

The sea then closes back up when the Egyptians were trying to cross through.

The location where this all happened is known to be the gulf of Aqaba.[^1]

- Geographical names in the bible point to the Gulf of Aqaba[^1]
- There is a topographical corridor that would allow for crossing if the waters were parted
- Normal wind can expose landbridges[^2]. However, only a miracle can part 800m deep waters.
- Dr. Lennart Möller: A professor of medical sciences from Sweden, Möller led expeditions in the late 1990s using remote-controlled underwater cameras. In his book, The Exodus Case, he reports discovering **coral-encrusted circular shapes and 90-degree angles** that he interprets as chariot wheels and cabins. He specifically highlights a **gilded four-spoked wheel** found on the seabed, suggesting the gold preserved the shape while the internal wood rotted away
- Ron Wyatt, an independent researcher also photographed objects resembling **4-spoked chariot wheels** in this area. He additionally claimed to find objects resembling 6 and 8-spoked wheels and human bones.
- Divers Aaron Sen and Ross Patterson find and photograph what looks like human remains and man-made objects engulfed in coral[^4]
- The number of spokes on the chariot wheels are the same as the ones used in the 18-19th dynasty, dating to the time of the Exodus.

Interestingly enough, this is the earliest historical document of Egypt that describes a river turning into blood. There is only one other source I know that describes a river of blood but it is a mythological one and comes much later.
I say this, because one of the miracles performed through Moses was turning the water of the Nile into blood.
