\- Genesis 11:7
Have you noticed that wherever there were cultural hotspots, those hotspots led to a greater number of scientists and phenomenal artists to be raised up? This is not a coincidence and I've always wondered the sociological and anthropological reasoning for it. When I was writing an article of theology, I wondered again, why does cultural seasoning make a person more likely to be great?
EUREKA!
Maybe when God separated the cultures at the tower of Babel, the culture, if you imagine it as a physical object, didn't just remain intact in everyone and just get reshaped, maybe it tore apart/shattered into different pieces with each piece representing each culture!
To get to the truth, I opened up the Hebrew interlinear version of the bible to find out exactly what word was used, some translations often use different words to preserve what they think is the meaning of the text. Lo and behold! **IT SAYS DISINTEGRATED**!!! Dis- meaning not anymore, integrated - meaning together!!!!

Imagine those two or more pieces coming together and becoming something bigger, more like the complete plate before it shattered, in that same way when different cultures come together they resemble the thing that was once better than those individual pieces, they are somewhat whole again!
